How To Book Your Package And Party Date

  • The fastest and easiest way to book your date and secure a private party room, party package, food, special request, or bouncy castle rental is to call us. We will then be able to speak directly to you about your vision, needs, anything you need us to customize for the event, and to go through our cancellation policy.

  • Please note that our birthday party dates, especially on weekends, book up very fast and far in advance. For this reason, we encourage you to make your reservation as soon as possible so that we can guarantee you a room at our venue on your desired date.

    Once we have decided on an available date, a deposit will be required to hold it for you. The deposit will be a portion of the cost of the party package you have chosen.

How Can I Choose The Right Birthday Package?

  • Choosing the perfect birthday package is all about tailoring the experience to match your preferences and needs. If you already have a vision in mind for the party, here's a guide to help you make the right choice. If you are not sure about anything more than the attendance number- best to just call us (link to phone call) so we can help you decide!

1. Guest List: Consider the number of guests you'll be inviting. Each package has a guest headcount for the event.

2. Theme: Think about if you will need help bringing the theme to life. If you want to bring your own cake but need help with snacks, activities, and decorations, you might want to upgrade from the basic package.

3. Activities: From interactive games to arts and crafts, ensure there's plenty of fun-filled moments to keep everyone entertained.Our platinum package is the ultimate in kids party entertainment with a bouncy castle, themed guest character in attendance, and of course on theme games!

4. Food and Beverage: Check what's included in terms of food and drinks. Whether you prefer a buffet spread, themed snacks, or a customized cake, make sure the package offers options that cater to your taste buds.

5. Decorations: Consider the ambiance you want to create. Choose a package that offers decorative elements such as balloons, banners, and table settings that complement your chosen theme.

6. Special Add-Ons: At NCBF, we pride ourselves on parties with unmatchable flair. Whatever you need- we will get it done for you! Make sure to give us advance notice so we have time to secure all the magical elements, but don't be afraid to ask us for the moon when calling us for your booking. We may not be able to get the literal moon- but child astronauts in space? Sounds out of this world.

7. Budget: Set a budget and look for packages that offer the best value for your money. Consider the overall cost including any additional fees or upgrades to ensure it fits within your budget. Please don't be shy to ask about omitting certain elements from the packages to bring down cost- there is a party for every budget.
