Can we make teddy bears as our party entertainment option?Absolutely! We will need to chat about the number of guests and your budget and then can set to work organizing this theme and event for you.

Are there entertainment options where the kids leave with items them made?Our crafts related parties are designed to let kids be creative and then take those creations home. We have previously done parties around Tshirt tie-dye and design, painting, and jewelry creation. More ideas could be pottery painting or science experiment classes where kids learn skills like electronics or 3D printing!

Could you arrange entertainers for babies?Yes! We work with all ages. We will need to speak with you to understand if all of the guests will be parents and babies or if some of the guests will be older kids. This will help us to structure entertainment so that no children are left out. It is also helpful to know if the majority are boys or girls and any thoughts you have on what they generally enjoy doing. Lets brain storm!

Where to have birthday party?A celebration of your birthday at NCBF can be spectacularly hosted! We will supply the tables, chairs, decoration, staff, food, cake, and party favors- whatever you need taken care of, we can take care of it. Our space is a large size, which comfortably fits birthday parties up to 30 kids and still allows room for parents to attend the fun.

Can NCBF handle all the logistics of the party?Certainly, NCBF has everything under control regarding your party’s logistics—from the personnel and materials to decorations and food services. Rest assured, there is no cause for concern. They’re fully prepared to take care of it all! Need a custom cake? Done! What kind of food options do you provide?By working with local businesses that we have tested and fallen in love with, we can offer catering for your birthday we are confident will not only stave off hunger, but be better than any other birthday party venue can offer! Because we put a focus on sticking to your party theme, the food choices can also complement your event if you so choose, with the added option of personalized cakes crafted by nearby bakeries to align seamlessly with your party’s theme. Can We Bring Our Own Cake?Absolutely! We have no problem with you bringing your own birthday cake or desserts in. We are simply here to help in whatever way you need while allowing you full freedom and flexibility in how all the details are taken care of.

What service area can we have jumping castles delivered to?NCBF can deliver, setup, and have our staff run your bouncy castle anywhere in the greater Montreal area. Our service area is flexible: We also service as far out of the city as Vaudreuil-Dorion, Saint-Jerome, Repentigny, Sainte-Therese for a small additional travel fee.

What forms of payment do you accept?NCBF accepts payment in the form of all major credit cards, american express, interac transfer, cash, or cheque.

What happens if it is expected to rain? Can we change the date?Our change date policy is that we can only gaurantee the availability of the jumping castles and our staff for the agreed upon original date. In the case of needing to potentially change your date, please contact us so we can try to find the next best option. If the request is last minute, NCBF reserves the right to charge

Are inflatables safe?With the proper equipment and supervision, bouncy castles pose minimal risk to its bouncers. One of the most common ways for injury to occur is allowing unsupervised kids to enter the bouncy castle- this can lead too rough-housing in the rental or too many kids jumping at one time. To prevent this and minimize any risk to kids safety, NCBF will have a staff member on site to setup, supervise, and takedown the visit. This is the most ideal solution for parents who want to have a bouncy castle at their party but are concerned about the safety of their kids and guests.

How can I know if the item I want is unavailable?The best way to see if the inflatables you want are available and to confirm prices is to give us a call! We will be able to confirm the availability for your date, give you other date options if there is a conflict on your initial date, and answer any questions you have about safety, the checkout process, and other birthday services.
